This site is very helpful. My only reservation is that I was immediately bombarded with both emails and phone calls from the 5 recommended vendors. I was talking to 2 other vendors already, so this was a bit overwhelming. Be prepared!!

In the sea of choices and criteria for success, Software Advice listened and made relevant suggestions. They were prompt and professional. I am glad to have found them. Prior to accidentally finding them on the web,my exposure of EMR RCM companies was limited to my stupid trade journals and boring CME seminars. Just goes to show you, keep looking and you will find what you want. Never settle..

The rep took 30 plus minutes to ask me all the questions relating to the way my business works. He then said he would work on the best possible software for construction. Never heard back from him again. Received a follow up email about the non existent recommendations. Told them my issue and they just said sorry sometimes we just can't help you. This company is a joke.
