Software AdviceReviews of softwareadvice.com

Great site to help narrow my search and find the right software for my business. Wealth of info on the site and great info from Chat and customer care contacts. I was able to narrow my list and get demos set up quickly and easily. Only functionality I think missing is option to select several and have a side by side comparison of features. (Would love to have pricing too but understand why that wouldn't be available.)

They suggested several good matches for the solution I was looking for and followed up. I will certainly use their service again.

Software Advice has been hugely helpful to my organization in finding a BI software provider to fit our needs. We quickly got advice on five providers who were a potentially good fit for a small non-profit like us. That led within a couple of days to having five calls arranged. The presentations provided by Software Advice on how to evaluate providers were very instructive for us as a small organization with little knowledge of this field, and their follow-up with us to check on how the process was going was timely and helpful. Having entered this field fairly clueless as to how to navigate all the options, the support of Software Advice has been invaluable.

Great service! Helped us narrow down the vendors quickly and gave us welcomed information on best practices as well. We will be back.

When I first starting looking into purchasing a dashboard system for my organization, I wasn't sure where to start. After I did some initial research, Robert from SoftwareAdvice.com emailed and called me regarding the basic information I entered into their system. Long story short, Robert connected me to four matching companies based on the criteria provided and helped me have a great understanding of how to select the right partner based on my organization's profile. Overall, it was a great experience across the board.

Three of the five vendors were viable and met our LMS needs. We wanted to narrow down the list to three finalists, and two of the finalists were from this list. All five vendors have good products, they just did not all meet our needs.

How ridiculous. These guys must have called 3-4 times EVERY DAY from multiple phones. this went on for WEEKS thinking they would get the message but like typical salespeople, they're only interested in their quotas. I finally took the call just to get rid of them but now I have FIVE companies calling/emailing for something we're not even ready to move on until next year. I agree with another review here - If you want to be hounded day and night by a ton of telemarketers, this is your site. If you want to have specific requests ignored by nothing more than salespeople (who often have superficial knowledge), than these are your guys. if you want to be interrupted and hounded at the start of lengthy research - these are your guys. Like another reviewer - totally regret this mistake.

This is the place to start in your search for software. SA recommended 5 apps for our needs, one of which is the one we bought. Highly recommend Software Advice!
