My vinyl order arrived well within the window that Solid Merch gave. With the help of another customer, the order process was relatively easy. My only complaint is that the insert arrived with some minor defects in the printing that did not appear in the proof. It definitely could’ve been worse but also could’ve been better.

This was our first time doing vinyl. We knew the quality was great on the other work we’d seen from this company (Aesop Rock - Spirit World Field Guide) but honestly wasn’t sure if there would be a reduction of quality with a less expensive order and lesser known artist. There is absolutely zero quality difference when viewed and listened to back to back. The process was smooth, the split payment system helped us afford this by doing a pre-order, and the final product was nothing short of perfect. Thank you so much for making our first vinyl record experience something we are proud of!

This was my first experience with ordering vinyl and my first experience with Solid Merch. It was all positive. The records turned out great. They were much more affordable and went through production more quickly than any other company we could find. I called several times for help with the process and clarification on certain details and each call was answered quickly with great explanations of my questions.
