It took alittle long to get back with me to approve when I sent the files from the web site and got it done professionally and it took several weeks after I paid. Also there was no mention of a setup fee when you get q quote on line for the price using your templates, so this was a shock also for cassette tapes which had only two songs per side. Will there be another setup fee for a reorder? It really added to the bottom line of the cost.

My order came together perfectly! I have waiting for years to put one of my albums on vinyl, and I finally had the chance with Solid Merch. It all came together because of the reasonable price for a low quantity order (100). The packaging and the sound of the music turned out stellar, and I couldn't be happier. If everything goes well with sales, I plan to do this with another one of my albums.

I am very unhappy with one of my order. I had pick eco color and instead I receive a black vinyl instead. So disappointing. I emailed them and no response. Also it seems that all the eco mix are just dark / grey marbled colors only. Very deceptive. Highly disappointed!
