Full satisfaction with cassette order. Went above and beyond to ensure quality product!
100% satisfied with the quality of production with my order of cassettes. They even went above the norm to adjust some thickness of text on my shell design proofs to make sure that they adhered properly in the etching process. Most companies, I feel, would just do it the way that proofs were approved and then say "this is what you approved." Those little extra steps make a big difference for me and they've certainly earned my loyalty for media production going forward. The estimated date of shipment/completion was bumped back a couple of times, but that's no big deal because the world is on fire in 2020.
