Ordered some tools from this company for a good price. The shipping was prompt and well packaged. They emailed to make me aware of a backorder situation and shipped a partial so I could get the tools and sent the remainder at no charge for shipping when they caught up. When the initial shipment arrived, it was short one tool. a simple phone call to their courteous staff and the missing item was on the way, again no charge for the extra shipment. Thank you for your professionalism and kind response when there was an issue. It was refreshing to do business with people of this caliber.
