Baluster Replacement
Well I got it right on the second order and I received the balusters quickly so I could repair my stairs. I ordered the wrong size the first time. Kinda disappointed that you really don't have a very good return policy or any really so I had to eat the first order. When I got the second order they were a bit taller than the ones on my stairs but I made it work and it turned out awesome. I was surprised to find the same baluster layout as mine since my house is now 23 yers old but you guys had the exact same style, yay!!! Got them all installed and painted and it looks fantastic, thank you.

New beautiful Balusters
David helped me to figure out which stair parts I needed for my staircase. We moved into a new house and I didn’t know what to buy. He was very helpful. I found this website because they had a lot of different nice options which I couldn’t find elsewhere. The balusters arrived on time but were the wrong items. I called David back and he made sure we got the right items in 2 day shipping. My contractor installed them immediately and the stairs look stunning!

An excellent product for a DIY installer
The product arrived on time. It shipped well no damage. The pieces were perfect straight and install only took a matter of hours. Glad to have your product. It made our steps a whole lot safer. They’ve been re-carpeted and it looks perfect. Thanks again

Received personal service
I received guidance on the type of wood for my project and they told me how hard or easy it was to stain and topcoat various types of wood. The same person also let me know that my order was shipping and gave me guidance on the cheapest way to package my order for the cheapest shipping price.

Great product
Great product. Good quality. It was a little longer than what I specified or thought, but that wasn't a big deal to fix.

I'm delighted with the quality and…
I'm delighted with the quality and craftmanship of the custom newels, spindles and handrails we purchased. David spent considerable time working with us to iron out a few difficult design problems. I highly recommend David and the company.
