Great company

When using your online services for screening for a position with Goldbelt, I inadvertently put the wrong date of birth on the form and didn't catch it until after I submitted the information and went to save the PDF. Your representative explained what I had to correct the error. I contacted the company who sent an email to your company giving you permission to let me correct the mistake. I received an email from your company and called the contact number. Your representative reopened my account and stayed with me through the entire data entering process to make sure I completed it correctly. It took a couple of tries due to my errors, but your representative remained calm and professional and helped me complete the process. Thank you very much, Steve Knable

terrible processing, i was supposed to start my job a week ago but their slow actions have delayed my start date and caused me a bug headache!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! not impressed, never a good idea to out source customer service. very foolish
