They do not speak English very well and…

Had to call for the first time...
Had to call the Sterling phone number when my drug-screening place couldn't see me for over a week. I was pleasantly surprised how fast Amy (Sterling rep that picked up) knew who I was and got my into another location. Thanks Amy!
