The case is a generic 7-8 inches tablet case, not a dedicated chuwi hi 8 air case, as the title of the case described. Other than that it arrived on time and the quality of the material is good but not the best.

My review is more with this company than the product, although for technology it is a decent product. I purchased the tablet case ocover with keyboard thru amazon from Tablet2Cases. I had the the case of a couple of months and started having issues with charging and then it just quit all together. I contacted the company and was immediately impressed as they were concerned with my purchase being of good quality and my satisfaction. They asked me to send a short video, which I did, in a timely frame they responded and sent a new tablet. It was seamless.

it was one of the best customer service experience i've ever had. my case didn't have the color i chose and the sent me a new one. the new one that was delevered had a defective keyboard button and they sent me a new one without a question. they were very kind and served me in the best possible way! well done & thank you!!
