Tablet2Cases sent my order promptly after ordering. After discovering an issue with the device I contacted their customer service department. Their service department was professional and prompt- offering a number of trouble shooting and replacement options to pursue. This has really been a great experience, and I would do it again in a heartbeat. These guys are great, and obviously care about what they do!
