A 10 to 15 minute oil change turned into more than an hour oil change and then after that finally did my oil change thay told me I was free to go and after I was directed out I was suddenly stop because they forgot to put the skip plate back on so they wanted be to back up over the dam man hole so they can go under the car and put the skip plate back on and then it took him like 20 minutes just to get the dam thing back on so I ended up missing my doctor's appointment all because they were messing up not only my car but others because I heard on of guys say not another one as they had me trying to back up into the garage.

Do not use take 5. i wanted to see if anyone had the same issues i had with them. i took 2 vehicles for oil change and both times i experience an oil leak, the oil pan was not placed back correctly. my oil light was not on before i took one of my vehicles, as soon as i drove off the check oil light came on. i took both back they so called checked it and crewed the oil filter or whatever back on. oil still leaking. i won’t go back a third time.

The Staff in Dalton was so Professional and Caring...They handled my Oil Change quickly and made sure all other checkpoints were in good shape. I have a 2025 Chevy Equinox and she ran so well on the Road home to Austell,GA I thought I had a new car. Thank you Rome Georgia for treating me with such white glove service. You Guys ROCK!!!

I went to Take Five on March 10,2026 for an oil change. At 70 Meredith DR ., Durham, NC.27713. After the oil change I drove out and immediately my oil came on. I looped back around and the man said I will give you around oil change turn off your car. When he turn me to turn on my car my engine was making a loud noise and the motor blew right there. He said he would file a claim. The manager came out to inspect my car a week later. After me having to call multiple times. She is stalling and will not give me no claim number paperwork or information. I am calling corporate and getting the runaround I don’t know what to do. My car is engine is damaged all because the negligence of the crew that was there that day and I should be reimbursed for what they did to my car. It cannot be driven at all. The motor is gone.

I had the privilege of meeting David (the manger) & Chris at store #462 in Tallahassee, FL. early Thursday morning. They were very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I went in for an oil change and was informed that I didn't need one at that time. Honesty is what I like. They answered all of of my questions and educated me on some things. I will definitely be returning to visit them. Thanks fellas.
