Avoid this company. They utterly lack any communications, ignore whatever the client indicates, and can't seem to get their website functioning. Used them to ship a car from TX to VA. Original quote from website wasn't honored, and the 'customer service' response was that the quote only applies if they get to pick shipping and delivery date regardless of customer need. I opted for pre-payment, but they didn't honor and instead left the actual driver to extortion with cash payment to offload the vehicle. They also refused to provide driver info or number, so when the driver shows up 6 hrs late I had no ability to find out what was going on. Of course, they have no after hours contact so the customer is left hanging again. Horrible company with virtually no customer service or ability to even follow their contracts.

Easy to get set up and vehicle was delivered in less than two days

TCI brought my 2025 Porsche 911 from Fort Worth to Southern California quickly and efficiently. The car was clean, undamaged, and a sight to behold. My delivery driver took good care of my car and made sure I was satisfied before I drove off. I was happy with how they took care of my vehicle.

The price for shipping was $850. They took a $200 deposit from me and collected $725 from the receiver, refusing to unload the bike if not paid. That adds up to $925. TCI refunded my card for the $75. The motorcycle arrived in tact and unscathed
