Would not recommend. Twice the price and a no show. Gave us a time that they suggested and then called 2 hours before flaking out because they only work half days on Saturday and the scheduler did not know. Rude local rep called David in Beverly Hills.

Would give less than one star if I could. They have now missed the fourth scheduled treatment. Cannot get them to come back and fix our spider problem. Excellent sales team but totally useless operational team.

I am writing this review because my husband and I have been working with Terminix since March 2026 to know avail. We were already their customers from prior years, so we were content and pleased with the service and we trusted their work, up until now. We needed their service because a rodent had gotten into our garage and did almost 3,000.00 worth of damage to my husband’s car. So, we paid for an Exclusion and some other treatments up front. But things have taken a turn for the bad. We have requested a refund and have asked them to remove the protective guards they put on our garage doors. We were told that they were going to sanitize our attic, put some bird guards on the vents because some birds got into it and built a nest. We have been calling Terminix workers Caroline who is not picking up, Cameron who is not picking up and Dennis’s mailbox is full, so no one answers our calls anymore. I have even left a message. My concern is that almost everyone that has come to our home has made us promises and has not kept them. They recognize the job that was done was not done correctly but no one is trying to fix the error. We have been very patient with Terminix, but they have not been honest and fair with us. We need Terminix to keep their word. We last talked to someone on 5 Oct 26 but have not heard anything from any one since then.

THIEVES!! THIEVES!! FRAUD!! SCAMMERS!! They lie about the services and time to enter. They told me 3 months and I can cancel. All of a sudden I am locked in for 1 year at 162. meanwhile it was 1 service for 59 for 3 months. I entered no I year agreement and suddenly cannot remove my account information. I called had a back and forth and requested all the recording. GUESS WHAT… THE THIEVES HAVENT GOTTEN BACK TO ME AND HAD THE AUDACITY TO CHARGE ME AGAIN! We just got started with this battle SCAMMERS! You are TRESPASSING by coming to my house without permission

Avoid this company if you want services performed correctly and not get ripped off. I contacted this company for Bee extermination and signed up for their subscription service to take advantage of their discount charge for the service. What I was not aware of was that the claim the technician made that spraying for ticks and mosquitos as part of the service was not true. There is a one-time charge for each service which increased the original call charge from $149.99 to close to $600.00. Calls to the local branch office was never returned and the corporate customer service number with all their apologies and promise of escalation for a resolution never materialized. I am not a first time customer of Terminix but this new bait and switch tactic to generate sales have definitely placed this company on my list of companies to never do business with again. In the end, I still have a bee problem and now have to seek a reputable company to perform the extermination properly.

I am writing this on behalf of my 83-year-old widowed, physically disabled aunt. On September 2, 2026, Elijah Pruitt from Terminix came to her home and told her he had a rodent exclusion plan for $2,000 that she could pay interest-free. Using an iPad, he had her sign what turned out to be a $2,700 agreement plus $283.11 in annual charges/renewal. No copy of the contract was left with her. About a week later she received paperwork from a finance company showing she had financed $3,031 over 60 payments for a total of $4,222.14 at 13.9% interest. She never signed any contract with a finance company. When I contacted them they said entering a Social Security number on the iPad is treated as agreeing to a credit pull and the financing. She does not remember ever giving her Social Security number. We have contacted the finance company Wisetack and they are not canceling the contract. On September 4 a Terminix worker arrived at 8:36 a.m. and left at 12:16 p.m. According to their own documentation the work consisted of flash-painting roof returns, excluding weep holes, sealing pipe penetrations, flashing garage corners, screening turbines, and installing a pipe fitting—essentially addressing accessible entry points. They are charging $2,600 plus $214.50 tax for roughly 3.5–4 hours of labor and what appears to be well under $25 in materials. It is clear this company took advantage of an 83-year-old disabled widow. I have called five times and was told the branch manager would call me back. Approximately 30 days later that still has not happened. They continue to send statements demanding full payment of $2,700. If you have an elderly person in your family, be extremely careful. This experience strongly suggests Terminix is willing to pressure vulnerable seniors and try to take advantage of them.
