My technician, Simon Williams, was very professional when he came out to service my home. He's the one who has been coming out for years, so he's already familiar with the inside and outside. My husband and I have no complaints with his professionalism or his knowledge of his work.

I am an Elder at the Church of Christ at East Side. On Monday, May 18, 2026, it was called to our attention that we had ants in some of our rooms in our Education Learning Center. I scheduled an appointment with Terminix. The next day, May 19th, the technician, Dezmond Carr arrive to address the issue. He serviced the entire Learning center and addressed not only the ant issues, but spider issues as well. He left an ant trap to make sure any lingering ants were killed. Mr. Carr was prompt, professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable of what needed to happen. He treated both inside and outside of the building. He also took time to explain how the ant trap works and suggested the teachers be watchful for students so they would not tamper with them.
