Super helpful customer service and good value for money.

Delivery was slow, however products were as expected.

I LOVE Tesco! I have had nothing but great experience and they have been a life saver having a newborn baby and going into Lockdown. Ok, the gamble of getting a slot for delivery is hit and miss but you can understand why, and we have had to just make it work. Every driver I’ve had has been really friendly and helpful, there was one occasion where all my frozen stuff was missing and I called CS who called the driver to come back and he did within 15 mins. Have also had leaking milk but the driver has refunded me on the doorstep. I’ve used Asda before and won’t go back to them because have had negative experiences.

Got there in the end! Got a laptop online and was missing a booklet on how to set up, got it reduced and box was damaged so not overly bothered. Trying to get a booklet sent out was a bit of a pain and in the end got directed to it online, so not the end of the world.

Bought an Xbox bundle from Tesco, one part of the bundle was missing. I found customer support, slow in replying BUT if you contact them on facebook the reply was almost instant. They had the problem resolved the same day.

Great experience everytime. I use tesco direct a lot and have always recieved a great service. My orders are always ready to collect from my local store the next day as long as i order before 5pm. I've never used there home delivery service so i cant comment on that

Fast and efficient service.

I've used Tesco direct several times now and it's usually been excellent. Latest purchase was a sofa, delivery was expected to be 6 weeks but came in 4 weeks. The delivery guys were friendly and professional. Overall a great experience. Only slight negative was when I called to ask some questions about the sofa before ordering, the lady was pretty clueless and game me alarmingly incorrect information. I had to work it out for myself and luckily didn't follow her advice otherwise the corner sofa would have been the wrong type (left hand facing). Saying that, in the past I've had good customer service when I have phoned up.
