Worst customer service ever
I ordered a Pax 3, never got an email confirmation but payment came out. Paid for 2 day shipping still haven’t received anything, I’ve contacted them multiple ways (email, phone, FB, and IG) and still no response. Can’t cancel my order with them and get my money back because somehow I no longer have an account with their website. Would not recommend ordering anything unless you want to risk losing a bunch of money!

Excellent Service. Satisfied customer
I had a defective product and contacted customer service via phone and email. Am impressed in how they handled the situation and went on to replace the product for me. I recommend them and would purchase from them again. Thanks

Bad experience
Didn’t even get my product and I emailed them and they didn’t even respond back bad customer service, if your going to buy from this website make sure you use PayPal.

I have ordered from tetrameds several times. All but the last order was pleasant. Good luck getting any email response if you need a rep.

Good
SO Far so good, it could be a little longer in the front and it doesn't make me sweet as much as other products do but i do like the feel. just received so not sure of the durability as of yet but so far so good.
