Super easy to work with. No issues. Building staff is very friendly. Online system is very easy to use (yay auto-pay). Amenities & quality of the apartments are top notch. Just wish we had pool access, but that's not a negative.

I had a great experience overall, the front desk people are very nice, the living environment is quiet and clean, everything exactly like I expected. However, I don't why the night shift front desk person gives me the wrong package, like I got other person's package and I lost mine, and I think he probably gave it to other wrong apt too. It is so annoying and it happened already twice, and only with the night shift person. I mean, he should be more careful when mark down the apt number when get the packages and pick carefully when residence go get the package. I just don't want this happen to other people.

I really enjoy my time at the Fairfax. Staff is friendly, BuildingLink a clean, laundry room is spacious. Location is awesome with the new Q train.

I was a bit disappointed in how I was treated as a returning tenant to this complex after many years away from NYC. I recently moved back to NYC, I was extremely excited and wanted to move back to TF Cornerstone, where I spent several years living when the building first opened...loved it. When I decided to move back, I was upset that I was not given any wiggle room to negotiate my rent...I do understand it's a business, but when you are a loyal tenant that paid rent on time with no concerns, who decides to move back, I was given the cold shoulder. To add insult to injury, I'm paying a high rent and not able to use my balcony! This has been going on for months and when asking status of when it will open, no one seems to want to be responsible in answering this question. I'm extremely upset and not sure if I would recommend this place to anyone. You shouldn't treat loyal customers this way!
