Hi Tobias, sorry to hear you're having trouble with your Susano license! This is usually a quick fix — could be a loader/injector issue, license activation problem, or game version mismatch. Please open a ticket on our Discord support with your order ID so our team can get this working for you right away. We'll make sure it's sorted quickly!

I don't understand why they withdrew in pounds; they withdrew too much money. Other than that, there's no problem.
Response from TGModz· Jul 4, 2026
Hi Kübra, thanks for taking the time to leave a review! Just to clarify on the currency point — we support multiple currencies (USD, EUR, GBP, INR, CAD, AUD, PLN), and you're charged exactly the price shown at checkout in whichever currency was selected. It looks like GBP was selected for this order, so there wasn't any extra or hidden deduction — just make sure to pick your preferred currency next time using the selector before checkout. Really glad the rest of your experience was smooth, and thanks for choosing TGModz!
