Quick shipping. Product not available anywhere else. Makes My Bambu X1C even better with an acrylic door, less heat transfer, stays hotter between cycles, and stays clean and clear after hours of printing with ASA

I showed up at Tim's shop about 2 hours ahead of schedule, and was happily greeted by Jordan. Jordan eagerly asked me to bring my Bambu P1S 3D Printer inside Tim's shop I explained the Bluetooth connectivity issue (between my IPhone and Bambu P1S 3D Printer) to Jordan. Jordan then methodically proceeded to work through the P1S error messages (including using Chat GPT) until connectivity was established between my IPhone and the Bambu P1S 3D Printer. Mind you, this process took over 2.5 hours, and Jordan remained patient, calm and tenacious, until resolution was reached. TH3D charged a very reasonable fee, and I felt truly helped by Jordan and Tim. I highly recommend TH3D for any 3D Printer hardware or software issues. Best regards Earl Bender

Hey Earl! Thanks a ton for the awesome feedback. Those Bluetooth connectivity bugs can be a real headache, but Jordan loves a good puzzle and I'm glad his tenacity paid off for you! I'll make sure he sees this review. Thanks for trusting TH3D with your P1S. Let us know if you ever need anything else down the road. Best, Tim

Tim, There is nothing in the support ticket that proves anything other than you just blame the customer vs accepting responsibility for the defective product. You keep blaming the customer when YOUR install instruction was followed exactly. I also find it interesting that you blame over torque for the problem but then give no torque spec in your install instruction. Then when that was obviously false, you switch in your support ticket to blaming a glued strip that wasn't even on the hinge. The desperation to blame pretty much anything is apparent. The lie about inspecting the product before shipment is obvious also because the paper covers each side. It really did not have to come to this, but the level of incompetence is surprising. For something that's sold with videos of you slamming the K1 doors shut and open and claims of being unbreakable, this sure went wrong in a hurry. Tim will block you when you catch him in fibbing in his support tickets. I would spend money elsewhere. Lucky I only got taken for a small amount, under 40 USD. In response to the reply. The only "hostile" person in the conversion was Tim. He got upset I wouldn't pay to get another cruddy door. There is plenty of manufacturing documentation online that cautions about using high temps when cutting acrylic that can cause brittleness. Tim just went to his default, blame the customer without listening to the problem and ask for more money. Good riddance!

This customer physically broke a product during installation, yet received a full refund. As he explicitly admitted in his support ticket, the panel arrived completely intact and only cracked while he was tightening the screws. We believe in complete transparency. Here is the FULL support ticket: https://www.th3dstudio.com/go/448206. We have also posted a public warning to other businesses on our website as well about this customer. He was permanently banned from our store for being a hostile, horrible customer who refused to take accountability for his own error and instead resorted to threatening our staff. We consulted directly with the manufacturer of these panels, another small US business. They confirmed this damage is 100% user error caused by applying excessive force. Despite his mistake, we offered a 50% discount on a replacement to be helpful. He rejected the compromise, left this misleading review, and opened a chargeback to try and defraud our business.

They used to be a fantastic company.....but they've turned too capitalistic, and forgotten what made them a fantastic company. Now it's pay for anything and everything, and as soon as something is deemed 'too old', they remove ALL info on it, even though they continue to sell it on their website, have links to old URL's that no longer work, and refuse to provide any info if a user needs it. Now, they are just money grubbing capitalists. And if you complain? You're just a disgruntled customer..... Yet I have receipts going back to 2018 of things I have purchased from them. Honestly, look elsewhere.

For the sake of full transparency, the support ticket in question can be viewed here: https://www.th3dstudio.com/go/1su6 Hello, Aaron - To clarify the facts for anyone reading: at no point was this customer told a support contract or a $15 monthly subscription was required. Those claims are a complete fabrication. The customer requested documentation for a product purchased two years ago that has been discontinued. Our documentation system changed since then, and that legacy data was not migrated. Despite the libelous claims and unprofessional conduct, I took the time to locate an archive of the original documentation via the Wayback Machine to ensure they had the information they needed. It can be found here: https://web.archive.org/web/20231019232247/https://support.th3dstudio.com/helpcenter/multimount-accessories-installation-guide/ Regarding the ABL sensor offsets, these are measurements any user can obtain with a ruler or calipers. It is unreasonable to demand personalized support for a legacy product that is well beyond any warranty or support period. The customer's only purchase in 2026 was a $7 firmware package which explicitly includes no support. All other orders date back to 2024. Because of their behavior, we have issued a full refund for that $7 purchase and permanently banned them from our store. We have no interest in wasting resources fighting fraudulent chargebacks that cost significantly more than the value of the order. I have significant professional and personal priorities, including my wife being hospitalized for over two weeks with pregnancy complications. I will not spend further time addressing these complaints or the refusal to perform basic manual measurements on their own equipment. This account is closed and we will not be engaging in further communication.

Ordered two couplers and received two different couplers, one of them being a knock off trying to mimic the original listing. They appeared the same externally, but looking closer at the details the external and internal parts are very different despite being ordered from the same listing. Very dodgy seller and doesn't check for this sort of thing? I specifically bought from this seller for quality but I might as well order from AliExpress or Amazon...
Response from TH3D Studio LLC· Mar 31, 2026
We sent you the correct parts and explained that we have two different vendors for that particular product that have the same specifications. We also said if you are unhappy with them, you're welcome to return them, but you declined.

Your services are wonderful with great technicians that know what they're doing! Packaging was well done to protect the unit. So much so that it blew my silly attempt at packing my own machine out of the water. Even talking with the technicians was positive and encouraging. I'm a novice at 3D printing, but nobody gave me grief for my mistakes or poor attempts at fixing my own printer. They even gave me great advice and suggestions on how to proceed with my repairs. I will definitely use this company as my first choice when I have any more 3D printer malfunctions. Thank you guys!

It’s great to hear our advice and repair suggestions were helpful, and we’re honored to be your first choice for 3D printer repairs.
