Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We genuinely appreciate your input and would like to address your concerns to ensure clarity. Upon investigating the matter, it appears that the issue you encountered was related to a 3rd party plugin on our website, which was promptly resolved within 4 hours by rolling back to a previous version. We're sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. We also want to express our gratitude for bringing the issue to our attention. As a token of appreciation, we provided you with FREE firmware for a year and FREE tech support. We're puzzled by the 1-star review, especially since we didn't receive any support tickets from you prior to this review. Regarding the charges for support, our $5 firmware option is designed to provide a budget-friendly choice for users who prefer not to avail tech support. This option includes comprehensive written and video guides. For users who opt for support, priced at $30, it helps cover the costs associated with providing personalized assistance from our US-based support technicians. Seeing as we've tried emailing you to help and you did not respond we've issued a full refund for the additional $5 firmware you purchased. Please take your business elsewhere.
