I don’t think this company is legitimate. We ordered donut boxes over a month ago. It took several weeks and a lot of back and forth to get them to send an invoice with an IBAN number. They said they are based in the United States and the US doesn’t use IBANs (having lived in the states for 15 years I know better). When I phoned to speak with our sales agent ‘David’ somebody with an accent, maybe Indian, answered the phone and had never heard of a David Peterson, they also used a different company name. When I explained the situation, they said ‘Oh! That is our sister company, David isn’t in the office at the moment but we’ll have him call you back’. From there, a new rep was dealing with me ‘Jason’. When we finally got the IBAN and sent payment, they insisted they didn’t receive payment. We sent proof from the bank that the deposit had been made and received. They still insisted they didn’t receive it. We confirmed again with the bank and they are still continuing to say they have not received payment. I did look at the reviews on this site partway through the process as I had serious doubts. I now notice most of the positive reviewers left only one review - praising this company. Working with this company has significantly delayed our campaign and has been a tremendous amount of hassle. After sending proof of payment from the bank, having our accounts department call him to confirm the deposit was made, confirming twice with our bank and once with his bank that the deposit was made and received, we have decided to retract our payment and use a different supplier.

Good Morning, we have taken notice that you added into your review that you provided us with information about your bank transfer, however that is not the case in reality as we asked you to send us proof time and time again. We have the boxes ready and that is enough for the argument on our end, we have suffered a loss of $1600 because of your unwillingness to sort it out with your Bank and your company it cost us more than a grand and we are left with an order of boxes that cannot be used. Our use of an IBAN number in this case is in consciousness of the fact that you never actually gave us any straight information about the payment and we never received any money from your bank. You did not even provide us with information that was correct when you did come around to finally talking about the payment. Even if you did not do this intentionally, it is hard to believe that you say you have a company in Canada (which is not in Canada as we found out after some thorough research, it is in Ireland, which means you lied to us.), while you claimed you are from the Ireland running this “Canadian” company and your accountant Lee Chadburn (who understood the use of the IBAN, unlike yourself) is in UK. To us this situation just seems like a scam from your end and due to that we have faced a loss of $1600 because of your poor transactional skills. It is audacious for you to accuse us of having a company that is based in India of all places, while you yourself are the one running a scam without providing evidence, while we have plenty to split apart your case. You never paid us, we suffered loss & even than we get a bad review. I had the pleasure of working with Eric and he helped me with the design of my boxes within a few days. I had to make a few different chances and worked with me. The turnaround time is very quick, I got the boxes in less than 8 days.
