Shipping was faster than I expected. The products have such detailed descriptions, it’s easy to find the matching parts.

We are very satisfied. The service was prompt in diagnosing the problem.Brian was very knowledgeable and helpful in getting us what we needed to fix the problem. Shipping was fast. Ordered the part on Monday and got it on Wednesday. Our refrigerator is now up and running. The only slight issue we had: we did have a few questions while installing the new part and Brian didn't return our calls but we figured it out. Overall we are very happy.

i previously reviewed with 1 star. since that time they helped get the correct part to me and returned the incorrect part. The only thing I fault them with is: Their site needed further clarity to make it easier to indentify the correct part in the first place which would have prevented the problem. that being said, they did make it right in the end.

the descriptions need to be a bit more clear. I had a young lady I was chatting with that had to really do a lot of work before we could purchase our refrigerator door. She really came through for us!!
