the cover for the refrigerator motor on the outside of the Rv was exactly what we needed ..it fit perfectly and was easy to install .

The fact that Norcold doesn’t provide an actual replacement piece for a faulty fridge is unacceptable! This piece DOES NOT fix the problem. You must buy a new door and then put the piece on it in order to prevent the door from breaking.

No clue on the part, as I haven't received it yet, despite it being well past the date they said it would ship. I've called and left a message, I've tried the chat feature, and I have emailed them, no replies to any of those.

I placed an order and they called to be sure it was what I wanted because they noticed I ordered parts for 2 different refrigerators. Thankful they caught that and matched the two parts with the frig I have

Small light bracket inside frig. Most likely no where else than a junk RV place to find it. Norcold Guy provided easy look up for the part, fair price, fast delivery. I have purchased several other items before, always the same results.
