I have been using Therapy Notes for about 6 years. Just recently I learned of ALL it can do for me as a sole proprietor in private practice. I did not realize I could do telehealth and billing using the Therapy Notes platform. I called customer service twice now and was immediately helped by a real person without having to go through a series of prompts only to be disconnected. Therapy Notes customer service reps spoke clearly and answered all my questions. They followed up with instructional emails about what we discussed. The saying goes "you can not teach an old dog new tricks", but Therapy Notes customer service reps have done just that.
