Therapy Notes customer service team is amazing! I had the pleasure of speaking with Jay from the enrollment/billing department for insurance claims. He was so helpful and thoughtful, guiding me every step of the way. I forgot to mention to him, that he should be a motivational speaker. Way to go Jay! Thank you TN, you all are awesome!

Customer service up there with Apple and Les Schwab. Therapy Notes is an excellent billing and practice management system. Even better, the staff of experts available to help solve billing issues and billing questions for us billing novices is exceptional. They patiently work with us on a regular basis. All of the experts are friendly, patient and knowledgable.

I have been using Therapynotes for a long time and I love the ease of the calendar use, the integrated forms (both my own and there's) as well as the ability to send the client testing and documents that are important to their care. They make billing easy and now with the options of AI integrated notes, it makes my note taking time quicker.
