I called into the Help Desk for my Clinical Director, and the person, Amanda, on the other side of the phone, was able to find our account quickly and easily. I described the situation with the difficulty our Therapists are having on saving their notes, and she gave a very simple and fast solution to help until a more permanent solution is found. TherapyNotes is an excellent program and has been invaluable to my daily tasks. The program is easy to use and has an incredible free feature that allows for clients to e-sign documents through a Patient Portal. An incredible tool to communicate with your clients!
