I honestly have such a great experience with Therapy Notes. The support is amazing and always responsive. I would recommend Therapy Notes to anyone looking for a supportive and intuitive EHR!

The technical help at Therapy Notes is wonderful. The people who answer the phone are really competent, easy to converse with, understand and a real pleasure to work with. Additionally, and important to me is that they are patient and able to join me in the place where I am at a technical loss. They don't assume I know what they are talking about and use language I can't understand. They never get frustrated with my limitations and asking them to take me through it one more time. These are exceptional and lovely people chosen carefully for their talent and social abilities.

Customer service representative Autumn so so incredibly helpful. She helped me with finding a report that I had spent hours trying to figure out how to get the information I needed all in one report. TherapyNotes is a wonderful EHR system. While there are some things that need updated or changed to make workflow easier, the great thing is that they are always open to suggestions & actually work to make changes! I love that I can talk to a real person who understands my issue & wants to help!

Most user friendly I've ever used! Therapy Notes is one of the most user friendly billing and EMR platforms I have ever used. I love it! very easy to learn, and lots of built-in features that keep it simple. I have been a medical billing manager and accounts receivable manager for 25 years. I've worked on at least a dozen billing websites and closed platforms... this is probably my favorite so far. And the Therapy Notes support desk people are amazing. I would recommend Therapy Notes to anyone.
