Compared to other Mental health Billing platforms this is much more user friendly. The billing side is better and more usable. Customer Service is great and has a quick response.

The support team at therapy notes is excellent. They listen carefully to the problem, know the resources to help, are great at teaching, and give succinct feedback to solve the problem quickly. It's also very quick to reach someone who can help. I have called many times and no call has lasted more than 10 minutes. Thank you guys for being such an excellent team and resource.

The support provided by TherapyNotes is excellent. They have platform that enables a clinician to manage documentation, scheduling, billing and payment. it is updated and improved regularly with helpful features with the primary purpose of helping the clinician focus on providing clinical services. Support is just a phone call away. The support is helpful, quick, and always courteous. TherapyNotes contributes much to my practice, I can't imagine having a private practice without it. Thank you!

We have used Therapy Notes since 2015. It has great functionality, has been consistently reliable, and customer support is amazing. I test other programs periodically and have never found anything that matches ease of use and value for our growing practice.

This product offers 360 degrees of necessary EHR function, including billing after you close your encounter note (and reminders to do so if you overlook signing one). Excellent support with well informed customer service reps reaching out to respond to any questions. This is an all around superior product.
