Very powerful system, can do everything I could ever want for my practice. Keeps me organized, accountable, and eleiminates the need for a "billing prson" for my proactice. Just now learning to use the Patient Portal and it is really heling me with efficiency and client eduation. Most of all, for technology wary people like me, the SUPPORT TEAM IS FABULOUS! I've asked MANY questions and always received quick friendly and clear guidance. LOVE therapy notes.

I called in regards to obtaining information on how and where to put an authorization #. The representative Jordan I worked with was extremely professional and provided me with the support and information I needed to both enter the data in myself as well as provide to my providers for future issues. Every time i've had to contact Client support with Therapy Notes I am always greeted with a friendly, professional and knowledgeable employee who is more than happy to repeat themselves to me multiple times. I have had a great experience with Therapy Notes thus far. Anytime I need assistance, explanation and support, their team has responded expediently and cultivated a relationship of collaboration with me as their end user. I feel my workflow is streamlined and it makes documentation simple. I would enjoy more options in reporting.

After more time with Therapynotes, I'd say it's okay. I like it for scheduling and note-taking, but for electronic claim submission, only one payer works through TherapyNotes so I end up using the Payers individual portals anyway.

Excellent! I have tested this product for 30 days, and I feel like this product will grow with me. It allows me to practice. The support for this product is also great! The team answer questions and affords the user to focus on the client.

Wonderful EHR, user friendly is an understatement. I love how easy it is to navigate. And the customer service is amazing. Great hours, fast and effective service! I highly recommend!
