I am not normally someone who leaves reviews, however since I joined TherapyNotes I find myself frustrated with my learning curve. To no fault of their own I find the team in the support office to be quite adept at teaching me, being patient with me, and proving they really do know what they are doing. Thank God Therapy Notes has this well trained staff to assist me when I call in. Thank you Therapy Notes for putting your money behind this department. You make me want to stay and learn even though I know I must frustrate you all, too! All the other reviewers have proven to be right!

TherapyNotes is priced perfectly, has great features for my small but growing private practice, and the support is phenomenal when I've had questions. I love their platform and that they don't have a limit on the number of clients unlike other platforms.

I recommend TherapyNotes....the program is great for my individual private practice and the technical support is truly wonderful. I have experience with several software programs for clinicians and in 25 years this has really been the best I've had. The technicians I have reached any time I have needed any help as I have been learning this program since I bought it have always been prompt, kind, respectful, courteous and always have been able to talk me through whatever issue I needed them to fix or just clarify for me or to educate me. This experience has been great for me thus far and I highly recommend them!

Therapy Notes helped me resolve an issue in about 1/2 hour. I had scheduled the client for the middle of the night accidentally and during the day and could not figure out why it was generating 2 notes. Thanks for helping me figure that out.

I am a psychotherapist in a solo private practice and have used TherapyNotes for 3 years. It keeps me HIPAA compliant and secure, I can stay on top of my documentation and billing with ease and their customer service is outstanding! I have tried several other EHR and billing systems but none of them have been so easy and efficient. They also frequently add and upgrade theur features to keep impoving their product. I recommend it to all my therapist friends.

TherapyNotes are easy to navigate client appointments, billing insurance, sending email reminders to client/patients. Whatever I cannot figure out on my own, there are youtube video's to help explain, and if I cannot find what I am looking for emailing their support team is efficient. Within 10 minutes of emailing a question I had the answer to my question as well as other related information that pertained to key words in my question.
