The system runs seamlessly. I called customer support last week and Rick was extremely knowledgable and helpful. He assisted me with configuring my billing settings for a particular client so that I could bill on my individual NPI (rather than group NPI). He also walked me through the CMS-1500 form. I would recommend TherapyNotes to anyone starting a private practice.

Love the product. I do wish the financials were more user friendly - such as copay vs insurance payment balances, ability to check a client in or out, easier receipts.

I have found TherapyNotes to be a wonderful program. Setting up a business is scary, but being able to call and ask questions has been a lifesaver! The staff has always been friendly and helpful.Thank you.

After trying out a competitor EHR and becoming extremely frustrated, I decided to switch over to TherapyNotes. What a completely positive turnaround experience! With the previous EHR, there was no person to person phone support and all avenues pointed to, "Figure it out yourself," via videos or online chats that seemed to always end in, "Just do this for now and maybe later we'll try to find a solution." With TherapyNotes, the level of support is exemplary and every question is answered immediately, then followed up with an email that explains the steps to the problem that was just resolved. When I've emailed a question, a response email comes within minutes, letting you know they received it and are working on it. I can't say enough about TherapyNotes. TherapyNotes has made my business scheduling, note keeping, and billing processes seamless. I am so happy I made the decision to switch!

TherapyNotes has 7, yes Seven, days a week of customer support, which is so awesome everytime I call ... and believe you me I have called them so many times with many small, particular questions. They are always professional and helpful. The software is awesome in may respects, whether it's scheduling, billing, writing notes/treatment plans/intakes, the whole package is intuitive and incredible user-friendly. My huge wish for the next upgrade is to make on-boarding smoother via more fillable forms and e-signing documents. I am so wonderfully pleased with this product!

I highly recommend TherapyNotes. The staff are always very helpful to me. They are professional, knowledgeable and guided me to do everything I needed to get my account up and running smoothly and efficiently. And, they do something that is rare and in my opinion, outstanding. They email me with everything that I discussed in my phone call to them. So, I have a record of their advice for future reference. I enjoy the ease of scheduling and note taking and the client portal enables my clients to schedule appointments any time of day.

The folks at Therapy Notes are consistently friendly and helpful. So appreciate that they will work hard until they find and resolve any problems I'm having.
