TherapyNotes is an excellent software to document and to manage all of my clients information. The software is easy to access and update. I have been using TherapyNotes for several years and I would recommend it to all therapist especially to those in private practice. TherapyNotes makes it easy to add and delete clients, schedule appointment, stay updated through notifications such as removing in-active clients, record progress notes, set alerts and complete the 1500 claim forms or EDI. TherapyNotes has reduced the volume of paper work by more than half. Finally, the staff at TherapyNotes are pro-active, polite, friendly and respond immediately to all of my concerns.

I have been using TherapyNotes since 2016. It is an amazing tool and has greatly automated my practice. Things I love: -Insurance Billing is a SNAP! Two clicks and the claim is filed! I love the fact that the claim only gets filed when the note is complete. This can be a life saver if I am ever audited. -Customer Support is THE BEST! And it is live by phone if you choose. -Treatment planning templates are clear and concise. It takes me 3 minutes to do a simplified treatment plan when I use Practice Planners. -The automatic to-do list is fantastic. It is all in one place and keeps me organized. Things that are needed: - A dedicated scheduling app that has direct access to the scheduling calendar. Other EMR software packages have this. - The ability to create online forms that can be filled out directly from the patient portal. The signature application is good but I want to be able to use my therapy contract and intake. Right now I email, print, and scan. - An attached HIPPA compliant email system that opens when the client email is clicked. You could partner with someone for this and add the subscription price as an extra. -Online therapy portal that is HIPPA compliant. I use another application for this and it is working great but it would be nice to have it all in one place.

This is a great program. I appreciate the daily reminders and to do list! TherapyNotes makes documenting much easier and less time consuming.

Great customer service and no hidden fees. Need to add a few things to really keep up with the competition... telemental health, add ability to customize documents, that can also be filled out within the portal, customized options for assigning CPT codes (limited to 3 choices) , and add group therapy options for notes and billing.
