I run a group practice and was just audited by Medicare for over 40 patients. We passed with 0 errors because therapynotes makes it impossible to not pass. The note templates create a structure that makes it fail safe in terms of ensuring all of my providers are completing their record keeping accurately and thoroughly. Thank you, Therapy Notes!

Therapy Notes software is extremely user friendly and the To Do reminder lists are very helpful. The customer service is great, with quick responses to questions and they are always peasant to talk with.

I really like the interface of TherapyNotes and the free trial was very helpful as I was building my practice and didn't want to have a lot of startup costs before getting clients in the door. I also tried Simple Practice for a month and liked TherapyNotes better in terms of their scheduling, billing and fees overall. My only reservation is the client portal and credit card processing. I wish that a client could log into the client portal and enter their own credit card information. Accepting credit cards through TherapyNotes has seemed to be cumbersome and confusing, so I have yet to do this, but likely will in the future.

Thanks for the review. Credit card processing is super easy to use, as it is completely integrated. Please call us and we'll happily help you get everything working. We will be adding online payments to the portal soon.

I have been with Therapynotes since 2013 and have been very happy with their product and service. I appreciate how they have grown and added services over the years such as billing and I am excited to hear about HIPAA compliant video being in the works! My favorite aspect of Therapynotes is the excellent customer service. Over all the years every person I have interacted with has been kind, patient, and knowledgeable. They answer questions promptly and always ask if I need anything else.

TherapyNotes has been wonderful to work with. Since starting my private practice, it has made everything such a smooth and seamless transition. I appreciate how well thought out the psychotherapy notes are, including all the important information needed in a very organized way. Being able to utilize TherapyNotes to process payment and insurance has been extremely convenient. The staff/support team seem to be great. I have nothing but good things to say about TherapyNotes.
