TherapyNotes is probably the best EHR I have found. I've been through several other EHR programs, and while none of them are horrible, what takes the cake with TherapyNotes is their dedicated and professional team of care professionals. Every time I have contacted their support, they have been very helpful, kind, patient, courteous, and genuine. In terms of the EHR itself, I love that I have to do my notes before I can bill, and the interface is simple and easy to use. It is robust enough that I can keep track of all my payees in one tab while being able to work with client files all from just a click or two within a single screen. Did I mention I LOVE that I have to do notes before I can bill? Now I am not only caught up on paperwork, but I'm also in compliance with insurance and state standards. Hands down, this is the best EHR I've found and I don't plan on switching any time soon. Thank you, TheraNest - for all you've done and continue to do.

Staff are professional and courteous. They listen and engage. They will take as long as takes to assure you understand what to do. I love therapynotes. They are the best and they care!

Amazing! This has made my life SOOO much easier. Setting yourself up initially may be a bit of heavy lifting, especially if you have a large practice, but everything is written down and most things are pretty intuitive. Everyone at Customer Service is kind and patient.

We have 17 clinicians plus three admin/biller support positions that all use Therapy Notes. Easy to navigate and use - minimal -if any- training required. Its that user friendly. We use the electronic claims process via Therapy Notes, use the integrated credit card processing, and their support is included and so fast, friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this program!!!!

As a Psychology Major I was looking for a program where I could practice creating patients, setting up insurance payers, managing appointments, and I stumbled across TherapyNotes! I was immediately impressed with the ease of being able to navigate through the software. Representatives were available in less than a minute to answer any questions I had, and being a student of Psychology I had a lot!! Having someone readily available to answer my questions was absolutely amazing. Highly recommend this software!

The customer service here is unparalleled. Therapy Notes is constantly integrating updates to accommodate trends in EHR systems. Very user friendly- takes the place of hiring a biller/scheduler etc.

Works smoothly. Intuitive, easy to use and teach to staff. Happy I switched from my old vendor!!!!
