We were recently challenged to recertify a financial-related detail in TherapyNotes, so I made an appointment through their help center. Prior to the appointment, I had to download one program so the tech could make the necessary changes, but that was the only prep I had to do. Using the aforementioned program, it took the (very pleasant) tech about three minutes to do what would have taken us so much longer to figure out, and would have cost us a lot of money.

Justin was calm and patient in giving me instructions to accomplish several techniques I needed to do to make successful changes in my schedule. Thank you, Justin!

What’s not to love about TherapyNotes? It’s a completely integrated practice management system with all the bells and whistles; with fantastic, well trained customer service reps who are available 24/7 to answer questions; and they are constantly evolving and adding new helpful features. I couldn’t be more impressed with the product itself or how well the company is run!
