TherapyNotes is pretty easy to use (and I'm not great with this stuff) and quite reliable (never had it down unexpectedly, or have any aspect of the program not work). One of the best things about it is the very reliable support service. I've called with several questions, usually with how to process something related to billing insurance, and the person on the other end has always been very helpful, polite, even cheerful, and there's never much of a wait to talk to someone.

They ANSWER THE PHONE! And then are really happy to talk to you. Today, I talked to two different people at Therapy Notes on related subjects. One person educated me on one subject and then sent me to another expert on enrollments. Both were so kind, patient and helpful. REALLY knew exactly what to do and cleared up mess than another EHR couldn't handle. Bless you both. I am so relieved and so grateful.
