The telehealth is beyond unreliable. I've had to cancel so many sessions because the audio and video rarely works. Clients get extremely frustrated when this happens time and time again.

I was pleasantly surprised how quick and easy it was to get help when I encountered a technical issue with Therapy Notes! Friendly, patient, easy to understand help from a REAL PERSON, no chatbot or non-English speaker. I was off the phone, with my issue resolved, in under 2 minutes!

Each time I call TherapyNotes, the agents are very kind, friendly and supportive. They answer questions quickly and follow up with written information I can take back to the rest of my practice, and they also take ideas for improvement seriously and continue to improve upon an already great platform. Several things I've asked about have been rolled out already. The tools and support available allow me to focus more on the clinical work and less on administrative tasks, which I greatly appreciate.
