Love that you are 24/7 and 1st time I called about my question, it was confusing but I called again and voila, solved. Also, love you can leave a phone number and then get a call back. Also, great you email back the answer to the question so I have for further reference when it comes up again. All great!

I am in a 30 day Trial period, but already I have had multiple touch points with the service team on minor questions I have encountered and they are Very responsive and able to answer my questions. I just completed the import of my current active patient list into the system - and that process worked very well. I had a specific support person working on the import and after a few tries - we got it to work. It was nice that he was dedicated to that component

I have used Therapy Notes for several years. It is an amazing product that is always improving. Any time I have needed support they have been courteous and resolved my issues.

Customer Service is FANTASTIC! Always friendly and knowledgeable. They spend as much time with as needed. They have always helped me resolve my issues with the first phone call.

I had a patient who wasn't receiving welcome email to create account for patient portal. Representative provided a few trouble shooting options. Was helpful!
