Don't use anything else! When I opened my own practice, I was wavering between TherapyNotes and another EHR. I am EXTREMELY thankful that I chose TherapyNotes. (I actually ended up using the other EHR I was considering at a part-time job, and it was awful.) Not only is TherapyNotes incredibly user-friendly; the 24-hour support is phenomenal. They are always so attentive and kind. I honestly feel supported by them.

A support call was so easy, quick, and painless when it was a situation on Therapy Notes that had not happened to me before so I was not sure it could even be fixed. The customer support representative was very helpful in walking me through the situation and staying on the phone with me until it was fully resolved.
