Love this platform! I am on the administrative side, and Therapy Notes has made my job so much easier. I love being able to bill claims and then post the payments. It has made our bookkeeping easier. It really helps knowing sooner rather than later when an Insurance has not paid.

TN notes always responds promptly! They always treat you respectfully no matter how tiny your question/problem is. I really appreciate the email responses because I can send off a question in between seeing clients and have an answer waiting when I have the time to deal with it. Very positive company! Incredible EHR system for my solo psychotherapy practice. Support is always available and the system is incredibly easy and intuitive at its base cost. I easily set up ERAs and client portal billing so it only takes a few things to manage the billing side. Much better than what I've heard about Simple Practice.

Quick to respond to help ticket and then updated when issue was resolved.
