No matter when I call, no matter the topic, the support team at Therapy Notes helps, suggests, or solves the situation or dilemma. I cannot imagine the breadth of training the call taking team members have been given. I am astounded on occasion, but truly, happy on every occasion I call.

TherapyNotes includes all the tools I need to run a successful Mental Health Therapy Clinic. A recent call to the customer service number was answered in less than a minute. The person helping was clear, thorough, and responsive. The problem was resolved quickly. I have been using TherapyNotes for about 8 years and have had only the best in customer service from them the entire time.
