My experience to have a replacement…
My experience to have a replacement pair of readers sent to me was so very easy. Rhea on the phone was very helpful in changing my shipment address and strength of readers. I just wish the readers would last a bit longer, this pair lasted almost a year before the middle/nose piece came apart. But still love the product.

Wow amazing amazing
Wow amazing amazing , I think I made a mistake on my order , but Ian is sending me a correction ie case I misunderstood the description , but the glasses are first class and now I can read my newspaper in bed without pain behind my ears , thankyou sooooo much

I had a problem with the nose pad…
I had a problem with the nose pad breaking on a pair of glasses that i had bought within the last year. The website for replacing broken glasses was very easy to navigate, and i got an email (from Ian) saying that i would be receiving a new pair totally free of charge. the experience was all around great.

Handy but flimsy
These are three most useful and handy reading glasses I've found. The problems with them are they scratch when you put them in and out of there case and the thin metal parts always break off between 3 and 6 months.

Beware the universal pod ruins readers
I have been a fan of thinoptics readers for years. I have the universal pod attached to the back of my iPhone. Be aware they do not last as the universal pod scratches them every time you remove or put back. If you use them regularly you will need to replace every few months. I will keep using them but I wish they could develop the pod to be scratch resistant.
