ThinOpticsReviews of thinoptics.com

ThinOptics really are a game changer. No longer need to cart full glasses in heavy case and the ability to attach these to iPhone make them so easy to use at all times. Had a slight issue with a pair but was resolved to my satisfaction within hours. The customer care is clearly same quality as the glasses. So good I bought another pair. Class act

Fantastic product, I bought 5 pairs. Two of the frames had a problem with the nose piece and the customer service replaced the frames hassle free.

Wow…what a great customer service. First, I really love the concept of ThinOptics. I have it in my phone case so it’s very convenient. Second, I had my first pair for over 10 years than I replaced them with a new one and after few months the nose clip broke. I contacted customer service and they reply to me within few days and immediately notified me that they sent me a replacement. Very happy with the product and the customer service. Thank you!!!

My Thinoptics glasses was broken and I asked for an new one. Thinoptics was very kind to send me a new one.

My foldable thin optics glasses broke and I wrote to the company to see if I could get a replacement. I was in contact with Ian and he was very prompt and professional. I had a great experience!

I ordered what I felt was a large order. I made a big mistake on my order, I only ordered the correct strength on one of the four pairs of readers in the order. I did not realize the mistake until I received my email stating that the order had shipped. I contacted ThinOptics support thru the chat option. I talked with Miguel. He quickly verified my order and since it had already shipped he offered to send replacements for the three incorrect pairs with the correct strength. He also said no need to return the incorrect pairs, suggested I donate them. This is great customer service, Miguel went above and beyond to help me out with a mistake that I made. I am a ThinOptics customer for life now!!

So happy with my thin optics! Very pleased with the refund/exchange policy. Thank you for treating your customers well.

Great product, generous client service. I made a mistake while ordering and got the wrong case - after explaining the situation, I was given a replacement at no cost. Thumbs up!
