How to Clean my lenses properly. I recently had found a way to ask questions in your web page about mu lenses. I have had many sets of glasses and have grown with Thinoptics for at least 5 yrs. Many b improvements have been made to the lenses but one problems I have experienced has been scratched lenses. I made inquiry if there was anyway to remove scratches off the lenses. I got response faster then I was expecting. Ian reached and advised as to how to clean my lenses and basically just air dry them and not use my clothing as in my t-shirt to dry or clean them. I will take this advise from now on. Then said he would replace my lenses at no cost!! Wow!!! Certainly restored my faith in Thinoptics. Thank you very much Ian.

I received excellent customer service when I notified company of faulty case when product had only been used twice. Case was replaced. Love the concept and the product.

I’m so pleased with my readers. As a man I’m a person who doesn’t like carrying bulky things in my packets so I just attached them to back of my case phone and I’m ready to go. Although my phone can be charged wireless I preferred not to use that feature and instead have my slim packets.

The adhesive failed. I just read another review with the same issue. I explained this and told him it ruined my case and he just said "Not sure. But wear and tear happens to all items." My phone case is leather and can't be cleaned, (I've tried), $65 bucks down the drain. They are sending me a new case for the glasses but the same thing will happen so I'll buy a plastic case this time to accommodate ThinOptics, hate for them to have to look for another adhesive thats more resilient to heat or whatever caused this issue. I like the glasses though but I do wish they would fit better on the new iPhone, a bit too big.

This applied until Oct 12, 2020, after that they are not that durable to be given a Lifetime Replacement Guarantee. If you bought before that date you were given that Guarantee only for it to be taken away as of Oct 12, 2020. I bought the package deal of 2 pair of readers with the case in August of 2017 with the Lifetime Replacement Guarantee printed right there on the invoice. Recently when I found one of the pair had a broken nose piece, I sent an email to ThinOptics for my Replacement. Now according to the emails I received if I have a problem in the future I can use the coupon code they gave me so I can save 15%. Like that is going to happen. It is my opinion that purchases prior to Oct 12, 2020 should have been grandfathered in for the Lifetime Replacement. How can a company advertise a Free Lifetime Replacement Guarantee, still be in business, still offer the same products in question with no major changes, and then take away the Replacement Guarantee?

These glasses are just wonderful. I have purchased many, the armless ones and the Manhattan with case. Also the Aviator sunglasses, which are lightweight and store easily in thin case and conveniently safe to carry with you. I keep them attached on my phone (had to put them on an angle to fit though) which comes in handy as I never forget them then. Although they are so thin you wouldn`t notice them in your pocket anyways. I did have a problem once though and it was rectified immediately after an e-mail. I am very pleased with my purchases and ThinOptics service!

I ordered a pair of thin optics and a case to attach to my phone. I could not get it to work with the iphone 13 pro because of the raised camera. Ian sent me a video to try an solve the problem, but it still wouldn't connect the way I wanted. Ian promptly issues a refund and let me keep the glasses to use when I got a bigger phone. This is amazing customer service!
