I just ordered again and I messed up my…
I just ordered again and I messed up my order. Ian from Thin Optics jumped on it, straightened everything out, and got my order off quickly. I could not be more pleased. Customer Service is not always the most pleasant experience. This one was great. And these are not my first ThinOptics. I love them. I live in Cambodia. Getting them mailed to me here is easy and quick. Great experience and great product.

Product and Great Customer Service
I am always surprised by these lightweight & magical glasses. I just can't commit to "real" prescription glasses just yet. These glasses have saved me a number of times since they are so convenient to carry with you. Don't' think about it, order one pair and I bet you'll order several more, like me! NOTE: I saw something on the website for free shipping and although it didn't happen at the time of my order, the company gladly issued a refund for shipping. That's what I'm talking about!

Love my ThinOptics!
Love all of my ThinOptics! When one of my new pair broke, I contacted the company. They replied quickly and issued a replacement. Great product with great customer service!

Damaged Readers
Glasses are really great and whole ordering process is excellent. Replacement policy was handled in short time. Have bought several pairs and have been very happy with the glasses.

Great service
I ordered a iPhone XS Max Slimline phone case instead of a iPhone XS Slimline phone case. I informed ThinOptics about it. As they do not have a XS phone case they sent me a Pod Case as a courtesy. Their communication was always fast and very friendly. I appreciate their service.

What a great company to deal with
What a great company to deal with, it makes a change these days. They reply promptly and do what they say. I have always got on very well with my glasses and woundn’t be without them. Have recommend them to many friends who are also highly delighted with them.
