I ordered from the website
I ordered from the website. It said order 2 get 3rd for free. I ordered 2 and got 2. I called and was told I had to order 3 and then would get 1 for free. I told the rep it should say that on the website. She says it does somewhere. I have been a good costumer buying for myself and friends in the past. I was disappointed so this will be my last purchase with thin optics

Its great design
Its great design of portability,easy fast and smart way for reading especially for elderly folks,only issue I have is that the glasses gets scratched easily even when used in the case/pod

Es el tercer pedido en el año y ningún…
Es el tercer pedido en el año y ningún de los tres llegó a la dirección de envío. Esto me ocasiona grandes pérdidas de tiempo y dinero. Deberían cambiar el medio transporte del envío. USPS ES ES UN DESASTRE.

Very convenient but very expensive for the item- maybe reduce your margin especially for repeat customers so we don’t have to look elsewhere

They work well but are irritating to my nose. I plane to coat that area with clear nail polish. I love the lightness and the design as well as the cute case they came in. Thank you

I mistakenly ordered the wrong…
I mistakenly ordered the wrong strength, so ThinOptics sent me correct replacement glasses at no extra charge, and didn’t require me to send back wrong order.
