Excellent customer service
My first pair of Thinoptics traveled the world with me, I wore them everywhere and recovered them from places they should not of been. Over time I wore them out, my wife brought another pair. Happy to have my freedom and sight back I was off, unfortunately had a break in the nose piece, disappointed I contacted your company and was delighted by the speed and user friendly customer service (1st class a example for the rest of the world). Thank you

An amazing product
An amazing product, I love the simplicity and the quality. Really good customer service, have sorted all issues which were my fault quickly and free of charge. What more do I need to say apart from well done Thinoptics for nailing it 🤙.

Do to my mistake
Do to my mistakeI got the wrong glasses I contacted thin optics and they corrected the problem quickly and new glasses on the way in a short timeframe. Thanks for the great customer support

I love thin optics & have been using…
I love thin optics & have been using them for years. They weigh nothing, fit in small areas, stay on my nose & are perfect for so many different uses. The customer service people are friendly & professional & any issues have been positively resolved very quickly & efficiently. Great company!

Long time happy customer
I first crossed paths with ThinOptics a couple years ago and can honestly say, since then, I have never been without my ThinOptics readers outside my home and car. I carry them on my universal pod key chain and in my phone case. Now wherever I go, they are with me. I recently ordered the wrong slimline phone case but with Miguel’s assistance, the correct one was on its way to me promptly. Great customer service! ThinOptics has a terrific line of products. I highly recommend them if you have trouble reading without your readers.
