Great glasses and fabulous Customer Service
I was recently introduced to ThinOptics. While a little leery of purchasing some readers online, I thought I would give it a chance I ordered two different glasses and I made a mistake with one. When I reached out to ThinOptics and spoke with their customer service agent, Miguel, he was more than accommodating. In fact, he exceeded my expectations.. Great glasses and great customer service! I would highly recommend!!

I have been buying the thinoptics for my years.
I have been buying the thinoptics-readers for a good number of years. The service was was excellent. My latest experience was with Ian who responded and replaced my damaged glasses withing a few days. The attention of resolving issues with thinoptics products is exvellent.

The nose piece on the glasses always…
The nose piece on the glasses always seem to break, but they always send me a new pair which is fantastic. Customer service is great.

These are great little glasses
These are great little glasses! I was able to choose a cute case to store them, so no more fingerprinted, smashed or broken readers. Customer service was EXCELLENT. I needed to exchange mine for a stronger pair, and in less than a few hours, someone got back to me and a new pair is on the way. Highly recommend these.
