I ordered a pair of glasses that arrived with a soft case only. the website needs to specifically state that you will not receive a hard case with all orders. the glasses are too fragile for a soft case. I asked to return/exchange the glasses and I have not heard back from the company.

After having cataracts done I searched for lightweight reading glasses that I could fit in a pocket. I bought two pairs of Thinoptics with the keychain. (A modern take on the traditional pinze-nez) Delivery to the UK was remarkably quick and the readers are simply awesome. They are so light that you forget you’re wearing them! I must say though, that I’ll invest in a more traditional pair of readers for outside use as these could be easily blown off in one of our Scottish hoolies! Summary - Brilliant - Could not recommend more highly!

Ok down side my glasses broke after 6 yrs Good news they replaced them instantly free of charge no hassles What more can you ask for Cheers Neil.

They do not even deserve 1 star. I bought several products from them. The quality is terrible. Everytime one of the glasses I bought from them snapped (and they snap after about a year) they told me it was not covered by the warrenty. Overpriced crap.

THIS COMPANY ROCKS!!! I HAVE MADE SO MANY PUCHASES WITH THEM OVER THE YEARS, THERE'S BEEN A SMALL PROBLEM WITH AN ORDER OR SOMETHING AND THEY STEP UP 100% AND MAKE IT RIGHT. I got the MagSafe version, the glasses are great and are always handy. The MagSafe magnet was actually missing so I contacted support, they were quick to respond and offered me either a full refund or a replacement case. Shipped next day
